About American Academy of Aeronautics
American Academy of Aeronautics is recognized for its superior aeronautical science, research, and professional pilot training programs.
These programs provide excellent academic opportunities for candidates of all ages; from college freshmen to graduates and professionals to people with commercial and government agencies around the United States.
The mission of American Academy of Aeronautics is to perform applied research and teaching in disciplines related to vehicular flight.
The Carl Mather Campus is located on the historic Mather Field, California, just outside the capitol city of Sacramento.
The California Central Coast location and office of undergraduate admission are located in Monterey, California, at Monterey Peninsula Airport.
Admissions
Winter '12 Aeronautical Science
Applications are being accepted for new students in Aeronautical Science for the Winter 2012 academic term.
Aeronautical Science is a full-time undegraduate degree program that combines professional pilot training with rigorous academic study.
New programs are also being formulated for Aeronautical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering.

Faculty Positions Open
American Academy of Aeronautics has openings for the following faculty positions:
Lecturer in Aeronautics and Aerospace,
Lecturer in Physics, and Lecturer in Mathematics.
The positions are located at the school's two principal locations: Monterey, on the California coast, and Mather Field, just outside Sacramento.

Prospective Undergraduate Information Sessions & Tours
The Academy conducts information sessions and occasional tours of the campus.
These are designed to help prospective students, high school seniors and graduates explore the programs and people that define American Academy of Aeronautics,
and our commitment to undergraduate education in an enviroment that aspires to
academic excellence with practical knowledge.
Sign up for Part 1, a one-hour online information session, normally scheduled for Tuesday 8:00pm or Saturday 10:00am Pacific time, excluding holidays and academic breaks.
Then, in Part 2, come tour the campus and meet with admissions representatives.
